Travel:
Out-of-town guests should consider any of the Los Angeles area airports to fly into for the event.
Ontario (ONT) is the closest airport to the venue at approximately 1 hour away, but Burbank (BUR), Long Beach (LGB) and Los Angeles International (LAX) are also options.
Please note that the venue and hotels will be a 1-2 hour drive from the airport depending on which you are flying into.
While it may be possible to Uber/Lyft/taxi from an airport to Lake Arrowhead, there are few–if any–ride share services available in the Lake Arrowhead community. Please factor this into your travel arrangements. For the ceremony and reception, shuttles will be available to and from the venue. Shuttles will pick up and drop off guests at the Lake Arrowhead Village.
The venue sits at 8,000 ft, and the drive consists of winding mountain roads. If you are not accustom to driving on mountain roads, please plan accordingly to get to your lodging while it is still daylight.
Lodging:
Limited lodging is available on-site at Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabins.
Guests can also stay at the Arrowhead Resort & Spa or any of the surrounding hotels in the Arrowhead Village. A shuttle will be provided to and from Arrowhead Village on event day. No shuttle or transportation is necessary for guests staying at Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabins.
